Great for easy breakfast

Since liquid is no longer available without various sugar-substitutes, I purchased this to add to milk. Excellent product- tastes good, is healthy.

Drank these nightly during pregnancy and now while nursing. Great taste and protein, love these.

Okay first you need to buy a blender bottle to go with this, it is a perfect pairing and makes it easy for on the go breakfast. It is sweet but not too sweet so sometimes when I'm feeling spicy I will add a splash of actual chocolate milk to it if I have it on hand. It's cheap and easy so even if you don't eat breakfast there are very little excuses to not have one of these at least. I feel full for several hours after drinking it, though that could be the milk talkin'.

When I was entering public school, around 1965, - mom's cooking killed roaches - it was a lifesaver! I miss eggnog, dark chocolate, and mocha flavors. Strawberry was offal. It may also confer immortality - in progress.

not very chocolaty and is very hard to get mixed into milk..can't get all of the lumps dissolved

I have had the pleasure of drinking instant breakfast since inception. 58 and no meds. This is the best nutrition I’ve sustained.

Instant breakfast is good for me because I do not eat breakfast. Add 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt and fruit if desired blend and be on your way. Also good as an evening snack.
