IT WORKS
LOVE. THIS. STUFF. What a game changer!! Agree with everyone else; it does take about 15 minutes to start kicking in, but then you feel your normal self. I will still buy the sugar-free liquid IV for extra electrolytes during the summer and long workouts, but if you had a few too many, this will definitely get your butt in gear quickly and more effectively than liquid IV, in my opinion!!

We love this. It’s not as terrible as taking a regular alkaseltzer. The flavor is nice and I’m not sure if it’s just in my head but it does help to ease the hangover.
