Bought 1 & was impressed, got a 2nd to stereo pair and was BLOWN away:)
As the title says I bought one of these speakers to listen to my audio books and podcasts when I working with my dogs in their kennel. The sound is really quite impressive but, as is always the case with me I wanted more. So, the solution was to buy a second Select 4 Go to stereo pair, and OMG the sound when paired is so very very impressive. They are elevated from just a good speaker for spoken word content, to an amazing speaker for both spoken word and music (one is good enough for music by itself by the way), but sometimes as my dogs are feeding they can get a bit excited and I require a higher volume which is so very easily achieved with a second paired Select 4 Go. The resulting sound quality is vey impressive and with genuine stereo separation, not that fake algorithm thing that passes these days for simulated stereo, the whole listening experience is very rewarding:)The two speakers cost me a shade over £20 each and they way out perform previous offerings I’ve owned from Bose. Be it Bose’s Soundlink Micro, which cost me over £100 a few years back, or the fantastic Soundlink Mini, which cost £180.As I say these two little gems cost me just over £40 for the two. and out performs previous offerings from the expensive quality brand with ease.Buy and enjoy, just wait for the best price you can get, don’t pay full price, if you don’t have to. Plus they have some fantastic colour options. Soundcore, by Anker has become my absolute favourite brand for audio devices, plus they do fantastic power banks, which next on my list now that Amazon.ie has opened up for business (couldn’t buy lithium battery power banks on Amazon UK since bleedin Brexit). now I can get it on a local site, but will in all likelihood come from the same warehouse on the UK! Ramble ramble ramble:)

Super super impressed
Just WOW...... this little baby hits the nail on the head for me 100%So I wanted a light travel BT speaker for an upcoming road trip to Canada. 25 days BnB-ing across British Columbia, is not going to happen without access to my music. I already had a Soundcore Motion 300 which I am very impressed with but my gosh its a real brick (she a beefy girl). Way to dense for casual carrying around and would take up precious weight in baggage. The GO however is a real steal and feather light. I still cant quite believe these start at £20 (reduced atm) for the base black colour. The JBL's GO of this world are TWICE the price but not twice as good . Wait what ? I could even get a pair of these even and sync them up in stereo mode for the same money as 1 JBL GO ! Damn that's a no brainer. Its still hard to believe how much sound these pump out for such a small thing. The App is great as I already had for the 300 and adding another device is a breeze. Setting your own custom profile is a MUST tho as they will sound 100% better than what muddy rubbish that it comes out of the box with on the standard pre-sets. I went for a hard V shape to beef up the bass and sharpen up the trebles which works for rock/heavy.I received the GO today and have been playing it for about 4-5hrs at a good volume and it is still going strong. The battery level is also shown in the app. I cannot verify if 20hrs playback is possible as stated they don't site volume level used to achieve this but I would doubt as the Go is only a feather 265g so cant have much of a battery on board. But what do I know yet ....Only criticism (if you can call it that) is that having a Soundcore Motion 300 in green already I would have hoped they would have matched the palette but no, the green colourway is way lighter in tone on the GO. But this really is nit-picking.I think they smashed it out of the park for the money . Shame the colour options are a few £ more than the standard black (which really shouldn't be a thing) but hey-ho whatever for the money I am not complaining really.24 month warranty from Soundcore which is a positive also.Just get one or two even !

Great value. Just get this one!
The media could not be loaded. I never normally write reviews on Amazon but I will for this. The form factor and design alone would be worth double the price and I'd still think I'd be getting value for money. One thing I didn't see in reviews is that this speaker has dual connection, meaning you can connect two devices at once and it just switches over to whichever you start playing music/ sound on. Such a good feature to save buying two speakers. Really impressed. The sound if great. Not the best best but good enough that you forget about it. It's light and really does feel premium. Can't recommend enough. Can't speak to battery yet but website says you get 20h at 40% volume on balanced EQ. So I imagine if you play it at 80% on a basier EQ you would likely get 10 or so. But that's fine for 20 pounds anyway! Cannot complain; can only say it's definitely worth it. Easiest 5 stars to give.

It as no right being this good...
...is what my partner said when he heard it. He produces music so is a bit of an audiophile, but when I showed him the new speaker I bought he was impressed.I love Anker Soundcore products already, and I own 3 others (over ear, in ear and battery back) so knew I'd be getting quality, but the sound blew me away immediately!I've listened to Gaga's album Mayhem and the bass is intense! Not overbearing, but exactly as it's meant to be. It packs a real punch and projects sound a fair distance.I've listened to psytrance, industrial metal, punk and being an elder millennial, trolled my partner with some Rick Astley. All genres so far how sounded beautiful.Love the fact it has volume buttons and I can use the play button to skip tracks from inside the shower. No more opening and closing the shower doors to skip.Best £20 I have ever spent.Ill update this with more info about its waterproof-ness once I've showered.[EDIT] Just showered with it and it worked well. I hung it on a hook out of the line of fire, but used wet hands on it to change song etc and had no issue. I'll update again if I have any problems with it.
