I ordered this after getting a Nespresso machine and it does everything I want including frothing milk, steaming, and more. I’ve even used it to make hot chocolate.

Update— customer support was so helpful and attentive! I explained my problem and they sent me a new one that works great!!Worked perfectly at first! But the mechanism that spins the frother stopped working after a couple months. The warmer still works but the spinning mechanism takes some force for me to spin in manually when it’s off and the unit doesn’t have enough power to get the mechanism to spin when it’s on. I wash it after every use and have tried loosening up the spinner, but unfortunately I think it’s just getting resistance from somewhere internally. So essentially it just warms milk now - no spinning or frothing.

It’s still working like a charm and easy to clean and dry. Just be careful to pay attention to which setting to push. I don’t know about you, but I get them mixed up all the time. So let’s say you want to just heat up your milk, but if you put it on the frother it will overflow and spill over lol

I received this milk frothier from my son and new daughter-in-law late last year. I have a full size coffee grinder and latte maker. But I find I can make just as good coffee using instant coffee with this frothier and it so much easier. Cleanup is easy, froth is firm and CONSISTENT. It heats the milk up before frothing too. So far, really well built. Love it.

Frother does a good job, even with 2% milk. I've only used the hot button on the frother but there are three other selections. It is exactly as pictured and described. I like the black matte finish. This is a good basic machine.

I have only used it twice, so I will report back on the longevity of this product. But right out of the box, it frothed my nut pod coffee creamer, which is almond and coconut milk, perfectly. I haven’t tried the other possibilities with just heating milk, hot, chocolate, etc. Just the first control to froth. It was light, still creamy and allowed me to take a sip with the froth and some coffee coming through the froth. I’ve read other reviews that say it breaks down after six months so I will report back for now it’s working perfectly for what I need. I like to make French press, coffee and then froth the milk. I use alternative milks and so far, it works fine. It is extremely quiet when it’s working! I gave it four stars because of the Lack of instructions for two tools that came in a plastic bag with no explanation. I cannot figure it out what it’s for!
