Great for ph levels and menopause

The bottle is packaged in a box and there was a safety seal on the box and the bottle. I appreciate the care given to the packaging.The liquid is a light raspberry, but there's natural flavor in there, but it's not unpleasant. Ashwagandha is usually and unpleasant flavor and they did a good job keeping the overpowering flavor at bay. It's lightly viscous and has a sweet flavor. It was decent enough in it's current for that I did not feel the need to put it in water to dilute it just to take it. It can be taken straight from the dropper.Nothing on the bottle indicates that it's sublingual (meaning to drop it under the tongue) but out of habit, why not treat it that way. Also it helps cut some of that sweet to drop it under the tongue and then swallow it.There are no instructions outside of how much to take on a daily basis as to when it's best to take it. 1 Mil dropper daily. The dropper is labeled so there's no guesswork how much a mil is. Most droppers don't grab the full dosage. I aspirated what I could into the dropper, turned it upside down to pull into the lid and squeezed, put it into the bottle, and aspirated the additional amount to get the recommended dosage. The packaging shows all these little labels like "organic" "Non GMO" "Vegan" "Gluten Free" etc....however it also states that these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.Or, you can just drop the .75 that can draw and go back for the remaining .25 to get the full dosage. Whatever you prefer.There is an expiration date on the box. Manufactured in November of 2024 and good until November of 2026. Props for that. The box shows a shelf life of two years so it matches up. Nothing shows that it has to be refrigerated between uses, just shake the bottle to ensure it's mixed well. I appreciate that advice.The description indicates that it helps with sleep, but does that mean it makes you sleepy? Well....it may depend on the person.I didn't get sleepy. I don't have issues sleeping so I can't tell if it helps in that department. LUCKY ME.Unfortunately, the bottle does not show where this product is manufactured. The Manufacturer is LETUO Global Trade Inc.I can't assume quality based the manufacturing location, however businesses in other countries are not held to the highest standards. I don't know where it's made, but when something is manufactured in the U.S., it's prominently placed on the bottle.If your inquiry is about taste, texture, and appearance well this checks off the boxes of palatable, clean, and good packaging.If you want to know where the products you consume are sourced, I'm providing the information off the box so you can make an informed decision.I hope that you have enough information to work with. To know the full effect I'd have to take the whole bottle and wait a month to even be able to review that part.I'd have given 5 stars if it was made in the U.S.A.

This item arrived well packaged. I was expecting the bottle to arrive in just bubble wrap like some supplements, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in its own box. The dropper is labeled so it’s easy to determine the dosage.For me, I wanted something that contained Ashwagandha, b-12, and magnesium glycinate as that is more easily absorbed and less likely to cause stomach issues. I had tried a magnesium citrate supplement previously and that did not agree with me. This supplement though I haven’t had any issues with. I add it to my water or tea in the morning to start my day. Since I add it to my water, which I flavor anyway, or tea. I can’t comment on the taste. It says it’s raspberry flavored, but with mixing it, at least I can say it doesn’t throw off any weird tastes.What I really like is that I can take this supplement instead of a bunch of pills that end up giving me herb burps. You know what I mean. So I love that it’s in liquid form, and helps me to manage my cortisol imbalance anxiety.

Now that I've started taking cortisol drops before bed, I'll never stop. I went from sleeping 3-4 hours a night, tossing and turning, hot flashes, heart racing and palpitations to sleeping a solid 6-7 hrs. This is a product that you will feel a difference within a week. Price is fair, good ingredients and works.

While I appreciate the simplicity of taking a "multi" anything - I'm kind of leery of mixing too many supplements. How do you know which ones are actually working? Are they counterproductive? I do feel that all of these ingredients are good for combating stress and helping with sleep. I also prefer liquids over pills, powders, or even gummies, as I feel your body absorbs liquids better and faster. Having said all of that... I feel this liquid combination has been beneficial for some of my issues.

No proper direction on how to use it. Only the amount. Not sure if it’s everyday use or what.

I put this in my coffee or other drinks in the morning and I definitely don't feel as anxious as I used to.

I thought perhaps this supplement would give me an energy boost, but I really don't notice any change in how I feel by taking it as directed on the label. I realize supplements affect everybody differently, so maybe others will benefit from these drops - they just don't seem to be helpful for me personally.
