Defective Product + No Support from Amazon or HPI ordered this HP charger from Amazon, and right from the start, it’s been faulty — it keeps connecting and disconnecting every 5–10 minutes, making it impossible to use my laptop properly. I contacted Amazon customer support, and they told me the product has a 7-day return/replacement policy, but it has to be claimed through the HP service center.I went to multiple HP service centers (Rajouri Garden, Mukherjee Nagar, and Karol Bagh), but all of them clearly stated they don’t handle warranty claims for online purchases from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Croma. They told me to go back to Amazon for help — which just keeps sending me in circles.Very disappointed with both Amazon and HP for not taking responsibility. I’m stuck with a defective charger and no real support. Not recommended at all.
