These are fantastic. The effectiveness at such a small dose is astounding. My only problem is that it's too effective for me. I have to cut them into 16ths and take it every other day to avoid it messing up my sleep. I wish they had a tiny pill for men who just need a little boost.

Product is fine for now, but until I get my first lab results, I won’t know if it helps. But I am glad to have a plant based alternative. Not constipating.
